FAQ

  • Everything printed is made to order, this means it can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks from the time the order is placed.  Generally everything gets printed and goes out within a week.

    Shipping fulfillment is through Stallion - Uni Uni/Canada Post/UPS/USPS/APC/NL Post etc.  Delivery time within North America is usually 1-2 weeks, overseas anywhere from 2-3 weeks after shipping notification is received.  

    We bulk ship parcels once to twice a week, and it takes anywhere from 2-4 business days for the tracking to go live at the warehouse.  This means from the time the shipping notification is received, there are at least 3 business days before your tracking is live and it's actually in transit.  If your shirt doesn't show up after 30 days from your shipped notification, email or text us and we will assist you.

    If there is an issue with tracking, the parcel seems to be in limbo or it's undeliverable please reach out to your local post office before contacting us.  9/10 this is due to an unforeseen duty or collection needing to be paid or there is an issue with the accessibilty of the residence.  

  • All records on the site are NEW and UNPLAYED. We do not list our used section online to avoid grading issues. That being said if you prefer to have your records taken out of the shrink (slit on the side rather than full removed) and placed outside of the jacket for shipment please drop us a note otherwise we ship all records as is. If you’d like to know specific information about variants or pressing notes please text our shop phone (250-299-9831).

    We do not ship vinyl records to the USA at the moment.

  • Undeliverable packages, lost parcels or ignored duties will not be replaced or reimbursed - we send everything out within our garaunteed timeframe and we claim all packages as $5.  We send everything out to the address exactly as the customer has entered it on our payment form, as well as email's and phone numbers for the courier to use for direct contact.  

    We do not replace wrong size orders unless we have by chance sent you a size other than what was selected.  Sizing is north American standard and the shirts we print on are the most universal in sizing for this region. Please check size charts for the listed garments before purchasing if your unsure.  

    Ink colour and print discrepancies such as tape off or spot printing by special request in custom orders also will not be replaced or refunded. There are hundreds of examples throughout the site of our work, and we post daily on instragram stories displaying current ink colours. Everything is made to order and each custom job is unique - we never send out anything we wouldn’t wear ourselves. We slightly alter ink colours over months at a time so every order is part of a limited edition.  If your unhappy with the colour or have an issue with the print you are welcome to email us, we read everything but only reply to what is within fair reason.
